 Estate Liquidation  It's incredibly emotional and overwhelming to lose someone you care about. ALLOW ME respects and understands this process and will treat you, your family members and your family legacy with the utmost compassion and care. ESTATE LIQUIDATION - Communicate agenda and timeline with family members, real estate agent, trust officer and/or attorney
- Assist with decision making and sorting
- Carefully pack posessions
- Facilitate charitable donations and shipments to family and friends
- Arrange items for sale at auction, consignment, estate sale or online
- Sort paperwork/documents as directed - keep and ship to family or eliminate
- Arrange additional services*
- Schedule temporary care for pet friends if needed
ESTATE OR TAG SALE - Determine items needing independent appraisal
- Arrange for professional, expert Estate Sale company to facilitate sale days and obtain independent appraisals
AFTER THE SALE (typically within one week of the sale) - Pack and distribute remaining items
- Dispose of non-reusable items**
- Greet and provide direction to painters, cleaners and/or handy persons as needed to prepare the home for resale or family members
*Additional services refers to painters, cleaners, temporary storage, hauling companies, charity pick up and so forth. **We are unable to dispose of hazardous materials for legal reasons, but are happy to assist the family in locating the nearest hazardous waste disposal facility.
